What is Ayurveda?

ShilaJeet (also known as mineral pitch) is a wonder mineral of Ayurveda. It orignates from the rocks in the lower Himalayas region during the warm, summer months (April, May). It is believed that its origin is from the decomposition of vegetable substances. This organic matter is composed of a large variety of minerals along with the main active ingredient - Benzoic acid.

Shilajeet helps to rebuild the nervous system. It is widely used for diabetes, impotency, chronic fatigue, genito-urinary diseases, gall stones, jaundice, enlarged spleen, dyspepsia, worms, digestive troubles, piles, hysteria, insanity, nerve diseases and amenorrhea.

We try to provide the highest quality herbal products, spices and supplements at the lowest possible prices. If you can not find what you are looking for, please ask, we will try to find it at no additional cost to you. Please email us.

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes. We have a minimum order of $20. If you wish to place an order for less then $20 (not including shipping charges), a processing fee of $2 will be charged.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Most orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours of receipt. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you within 24 - 48 hours.

Can I pay by check / COD / Phone?

We are currently accepting Visa & Master Card orders only.

Damaged Products

I received damaged merchandise. What do I do?

If you receive a package that is damaged, please notify the carrier immediately. We can not file the damage claim for you, but we will help you any way that we can on US mail or truck shipments. On all UPS shipments the shipper MUST file the claim. All packages shipped by UPS and most other carriers are insured, however the claim must be filed as soon as the shipment is received.

Can I return a product?

We stand behind our products 100%. Any product may be returned, freight pre paid, as long as you return it within 5 days of receipt. We will issue you a full credit for the product that you are not satisfied with.
